Corporate Identity > Odessa Housing Finance Corporation / Odessa Affordable Housing

Odessa Housing Finance Corporation was looking for a professional logo for themselves and their sister company Odessa Affordable Housing. The two logos incorporate the house icon and the same font, visually cementing the relationship between the two organizations.

OHFC deals with more of the "money" aspect of home ownership, and thus a more conservative monochromatic color scheme was choosen.

OAHI is a very community oriented operation, and thus a slightly more vibrant color palette and rounded edges were decided upon.
